However, a deep-seated love for the arts led him to pursue acting at The Oxford School of Drama. His talent shone on stage, television, and film, culminating in a globally recognized commercial where he portrayed the unforgettable "Simon the Ogre," a role that received the prestigious Silver Lion Award at Cannes Lions.
Driven by a desire to make a positive impact beyond entertainment, James furthered his expertise by becoming an award-winning therapist and well-being consultant. Equipped with a Master's degree in Psychology from Birbeck, University of London, he founded James Rose Coaching and Cognitive Direction, two companies dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve optimal mental health.
